机械式平地机变速箱电控微动控制方法的研究与应用

Research and Application of Inching Control Method in Mechanical Motor Grader

平地机在日常工作中有时需要以很低的速度行驶,文中介绍了机械式平地机变速箱微动控制的原理和方法,并将此方法应用在国内首台机械式平地机SMG200上,经过试验测试,使用微动功能可以使平地机获得更低的运行速度,提高平地机可操作性。

Mechanical Motor graders sometimes need to travel at a very low speed,this paper introduces the principle and the inching pedal control. We adopts this control method in the mechanical motor grader SMG200. Through testing and debugging,using inching control can provide the motor grader with a desired travelling speed,and increase the maneuverability of the motor grader.
