摘要
为研究振动对气缸使用寿命的影响,该文对某型号气缸施加水平振动进行寿命试验研究,并与常规气缸寿命试验进行对比。试验结果表明,施加水平振动会极大地缩短气缸寿命,研究不同方向的振动对轨道交通设备上的气缸寿命影响是有必要的。同时,通过施加水平振动开展气缸加速寿命试验的方法具有可行性。
In order to study the effect of vibration on the service life of the cylinder, this paper applies the horizontal vibration to the life test of a certain type of cylinder and compares it with the conventional cylinder life test. The results show that applying horizontal vibration greatly shortens the cylinder life. It’s necessary that study the impact of vibration on the life of the cylinder on the rail transit equipment. At the same time, it is feasible to carry out the cylinder accelerated life test by applying horizontal vibration.
