摘要
为获取齿轮泵泵体在铝合金和球墨铸铁两种不同材料下受温度和压力的不同而造成的泵体的变形,以温度和压力变化作为外负载,对泵体进行了有限元仿真分析,得到了泵体的最大变形量,等效应力以及最大变形区域。进而得到温度和压力的变化对泵体的变形影响是不可忽视的。仿真结果为齿轮泵的结构设计提供了一定的参考。
In order to obtain the distortion of the gear pump body with different temperature and pressure to the material of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron,using temperature and pressure changed as the external load,analysis was carried out on the pump body of the finite element simulation,the shells of gear pump of maximum deformation, equivalent stress and maximum deformation area were obtained. It can find from the result that the change of temperature and pressure of the pump body deformation's effects cannot be ignored. This method of analysis and optimization also has an important significance to develop the whole series of new gear pumps of different materials.
