摘要
针对油田过滤用搅拌器的结构特点和工况特性,综合分析采用填料密封、弹簧密封、焊接金属波纹管机械密封的失效原因,利用膨胀节的补偿特性和深沟球轴承的旋转定位,合理解决搅拌器旋转轴摆动和窜动对密封的影响,提高机械密封的使用稳定性。
In view of the structural characteristics and working conditions of the agitator used in oil field and comprehensive analysis by packing seals,spring seal and the failure of welded metal bellows mechanical seal.The use of rotary positioning expansion joint compensation characteristic and rotary positioning of deep groove ball bearing can give a resonable solution to the influence of the swing and play of the rotating shaft of agitator on the seal and therefore improves the stability of mechanical seal.
