摘要 阀芯的遮盖量是影响2D换向阀静动态特性的关键要素,其加工精度和制造工艺将直接影响2D阀性能的好坏。而遮盖量的测量是加工制造中的难点之一,在实际加工制造过程中需要重复测量阀芯的遮盖量来改善2D阀的性能。该文基于气动测量原理采用压力法进行激光测距仪测量,同时在恒温环境下避免了温度对节流孔孔径大小的影响而造成的测量误差。所设计的2D阀流量配磨试验系统,具有精度高,操作方便等特点,能满足实际生产系统的需求。 The cover of the valve core is the key factor that affects the static and dynamic characteristics of the 2D directional valve, and its processing precision and manufacturing process will directly affect the performance of 2D valve. While covering the amount of measurement is one of the difficulties in processing and manufacturing, in the actual process of manufacturing process needs to be repeated measurement of the cover of the valve to improve the performance of 2D valve. In this paper, based on the principle of pneumatic measurement, the pressure method is used to measure the laser range finder, and at the same time, the measurement error caused by the influence of the temperature on the aperture size of the throttle orifice is avoided. The 2D valve flow distribution test system has the characteristics of high precision and convenient operation, which can meet the demand of the actual production system.
