摘要 目的利用医院原有悬浮床设备,在其基础上设计一种变频控制系统,实现降低能耗与噪声的功能,并且能够根据临床需求设置不同的电机功率,从而设定合适的悬浮力。方法采用变频器控制电机工作频率实现节能降噪、设定合适悬浮力,并使用基于RS485传输协议的串口控制屏对其进行人机交互。结果实现节能降噪,可根据临床治疗方案设定床体悬浮力。结论基于变频控制的医用悬浮床能够显著提高辅助治疗效果,实现节能降噪。此设计具有较强的柔性,能够应用在大部分型号的悬浮床上,成本低廉,安全稳定。 Objective To create a good environment of treatment, this study designed a variable frequency control system based on the existing suspension bed, which was also energy consumption and noise reduction,and was capable of setting different motor power to set appropriate levitation force in accordance with the clinical needs. Methods Frequency converter was adopted to control motor operating frequency so as to achieve energy saving, noise reduction and appropriate levitation force setting. Serial port control panel based on RS485 transmission protocol was used to carry out human computer interaction. Results Energy saving and noise reduction were achieved and levitation force could be adjusted according to the clinical treatment plan. Conclusion Medical suspension bed based on frequency conversion control can significantly improve the effect of adjuvant therapy as well as realize energysavingand noise reduction. This design is low cost, safe and stable with strong flexibility, which makes it applicable to most models of suspended bed.
