摘要 胎儿心电信号记录的是孕妇子宫内胎儿心脏动作电位及其传导过程中的图形变化,通过对波形变化的分析,能及早发现妊娠期或分娩期的胎儿病理情况,从而预防新生儿疾病并降低胎儿死亡率。本文主要阐述胎儿心电信号检测技术研究进展与新技术的运用,重点介绍其系统工作原理和自适应滤波器算法提取胎儿心电信号的特点,对从孕妇腹壁电信号中分离提取清晰的胎儿心电图的研究进行了分析。 Fetal electrocardiosignal records the graph change of fetal cardiac action potential and the conductive process in the uterus of pregnant women. Through analysis of the graph change, the fetal pathologic condition in gestation period or delivery period can be detected as soon as possible, so as to prevent neonatal diseases and reduce fetal mortality rate. This article elaborated the research progress of fetal electrocardiosignal detection technology and its application, mainly introduced the working principle of this system and characteristics of using selfadaptivefilter algorithm to acquire fetal electrocardiograph. In addition, research on how to separate and extract fetal electrocardiogram from the abdominal wall electrical signals in pregnant women was analyzed.
