Response Solutions and Implementation of Medical Service Price Reform Information System

目的完善医疗服务价格改革信息系统,保证医院各信息系统安全、平稳运行。方法在Power-Builder环境下修改更新挂号程序、诊疗记录表、人工窗口补打挂号发票程序;在程序测试环境下调整医疗服务价格、药品价格,保证在规定时间点通过批量方式将测试库数据导入正式数据库库。结果价表库数据、药品价格库数据及挂号费更新后信息系统运行正常,门诊人工窗口可打印病人挂号发票。结论公示医疗服务价格、药品价格,可提高患者就医费用的透明度,保护医患双方利益。

Objective To improve the information systems of medical service price reform so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of each information system. Methods In the Power Builder environment,we adjusted and renewed the registration procedure, treatment record as well as procedure of reprinting registration invoice at manual service window; in the test environment, we adjusted medical service price and medicine price to ensure that the test database was imported into the database at the specified time point in batch. Results The information system operated normally after the price table database, the medicine price database and the registration fee had been updated, and the patient registration invoice could be printed at the outpatient manual window. Conclusion Publicly showing the medical service price and medicine price can increase the transparency of patient treatment fees, as well as protect interests of both doctor and patient.
