Usage Standardization and Quality Control of POCT Blood Glucose Meter on Pregnant Women

目的对妊娠期POCT血糖仪进行有效管理和质量控制,解决因其校准维护缺乏、质量控制不完善、人员操作随意等造成血糖仪检测结果的准确性和一致性差的问题。方法从分析前、分析中、分析后3方面探讨了妊娠期POCT血糖检测的影响因素,建立了适合我院自身特点的质量管理模式,保证POCT血糖仪检测结果的准确性和一致性。结果建立了我院《妊娠期POCT血糖仪使用标准化与质量控制工作手册》;血糖仪所有操作人员的理论和实践考试合格率由72%上升到100%;室间质量评价2014和2015年此项目成绩均为100分;临床所有POCT血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪进行比对试验,合格率由79%上升到100%。结论对院内POCT血糖仪进行标准化管理和质量控制,使之结果安全可靠,减少妊娠期糖尿病的误诊和漏诊。

Objective To perform the effective management and quality control of point of care testing(POCT) glucose meter so as to solve the problems of poor accuracy and consistency in detection results on pregnant women, which resulted from the lack of calibration instrument maintenance, imperfect quality control, random operating by personnel and so on. Methods The influence factors of POCT glucose meter testing on pregnant women were discussed from 3 aspects, including preanalysis,midanalysis and postanalysis.And then our own quality management model was established, which could ensure the accuracy and consistency of detection results of POCT glucose meter. Results The Workbook of Usage Standardization and Quality Control of POCT Glucose Meter on Pregnant Women was issued.The examination pass rate of theory and practice on POCT glucose meter was increased from 72% to 100%.The scores of indoor quality assessment in 2014 and 2015 both were 100. And the pass rate of all POCT glucose meters had gone up from 79% to 100%, compared with automatic biochemical analyzer.Conclusion In order to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis on gestational diabetes mellitus,the standardization management and quality control for POCT glucose meter were carried on to make operation safe and result reliable.
