苏州中小外贸企业跨境电子商务发展调研分析

Research on the Development of Cross-border E-commerce of Small and Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises in Suzhou

通过问卷调查可知:跨境电子商务背景下苏州中小外贸企业面临诸多问题,如"跨境电商数量庞大,外部竞争压力大,跨境电子商务询盘较多但成交率低,贸易支付存在漏洞,相关人才短缺,信息设施薄弱,政府支持的力度不够"等。苏州中小外贸企业应当实行多元化战略,不断拓展市场业务,建立一整套灵活的贸易流程,完善跨境电子商务交易体系,建立信用机制,加强对网络营销的重视,培养相关专业人才。政府应加大扶持力度,同时完善网络贸易公平性原则,避免出现偏袒买方的状况。

The questionnaire shows that small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Suzhou are confronted with a series of problems under the background of cross-border E-commerce:a large number of such businesses,huge pressure from without,frequent inquiry yet low transaction rate,loopholes in payment,thescarcity of professional talents in E-commerce,weak information infrastructure and insufficient support from the government and the like.In this case,the small and medium-sized foreign trade business in Suzhou should adoptthe strategy of diversification and keep expanding their markets.They should also help establish a set of flexibletrade procedures and credit mechanism,and improve cross-border E-commerce trading system.More attention should be paid to the internet marketing and the cultivation of professional talents.Meanwhile,the government is expected to provide greater support in this respect,to guarantee fair play and to avoid discriminating in favor of the buyers.
