职业学校学生社区志愿服务策略研究——以苏州三所高职校为例

On the Strategies of Vocational Students' Community Volunteer Service: A Case Study of Three Vocational Colleges in Suzhou

以苏州市教育局直属的三所职业学校学生为研究对象,调查社区志愿服务现状。在调查中发现问题,分析原因,并从学校组织管理的角度,提出在宣传、制度建立、激励机制、培训和专业化几个方面的提升策略,尤其是充分考虑到职校学生专业技能上优势,提出学生社区志愿服务的专业性发展策略,以期对职业学校社区志愿服务的长效发展提供借鉴。

The team took three vocational schools and their students in Suzhou as the research object,investigating the status of community volunteer service.They found the problems,analyzed the reasons from the perspective of school organization and management,and put forward the strategies to enhance publicity,the system establishment,incentive mechanism,training and professionalization,especially giving full consideration to the advantages of the student’s professional skills.It is suggested that student community volunteer service should be professional and this paper is intended to provide some reference for the long-term development on community volunteer service in vocational schools.
