当前,河南省正处于调整经济结构、加快经济转型的关键时期,发展网络经济、以信息化培育发展新动能,是加快中原崛起河南振兴的战略选择。河南省必须立足自身优势和发展条件,通过完善基础设施建设,推动"互联网+"行动,拓展电子商务领域,推进新一代信息技术产业发展等任务,大力推进网络经济强省的建设,为河南决胜全面小康、让中原更出彩提供重要保障。

Henan province is in a critical period of adjusting economic structur and speeding up economicre structure at present,the construction of network economy and cultivation and development new kinetic energy by informationization is a strategic choice for the rise of central plains and the prosperity of Henan.To construct network economy powerful province,Henan should stand on its advantages and development conditions,accelerate the development of“Internet Plus”by perfecting infrastructure construction,extend and develop electronic commerce field,promote the development of a new generation of information technology industry and so on.It will provide an important guarantee for an overall well-off Henan and a better central plain.
