摘要
党的十八大明确提出建设生态文明和美丽中国这一宏伟蓝图,是基于对当前面临的自然环境和生态形势的科学分析和准确判断。笔者以美丽中国为视角,分析了绿色发展与生态文明建设的重大意义、内涵及特征。
“The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC”report clearly puts forward the grand blueprint of the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China,which is scientific analysis and accurate judgment on the current natural environment and ecological situation.The author analyzes the significance,the connotation and characteristics of green development and ecological civilization construction under the perspective of beautiful China.
