河南实施大学生创业引领计划存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Henan College Students' Entrepreneurship Pioneering Plan

从大学生萌发创业创意到创业的成功与良好的创业环境和创业政策支持是分不开的,河南省政府对大学生创业项目的引领与提供创业专利的保护机制为大学生的创业成果起到保驾护航的作用。文章梳理了河南实施大学生创业引领计划的情况,以及在实施引领计划过程中存在的主要问题及其原因分析,并提出解决引领计划实施过程中问题的建议。

The college students’germination of entrepreneurial creativity to entrepreneurial success are inseparable with good entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial policy support,the Henan provincial government played the role of escort for colleges students’entrepreneurial achievements by guiding the college’students entrepreneurial project and provide protection mechanism for entrepreneurship patent.The paper reviews the implementation of Henan college’students entrepreneurial guiding plan,the main problems and cause analysis in the implementation of guiding plan,and proposes suggestions for the solutions to the problems existing in the implementation of the guiding plan.
