众创空间治理问题与政策创新研究

Research on the Governance of Makerspace and the Policies Innovation

众创空间这一新型创新范式在快速发展的同时也出现了无序发展、寻租行为等问题。本文分析了我国众创空间发展现状和面临的治理挑战,揭示了众创空间治理困境形成的制度因素与政府行为,从众创空间政策体系、政府治理的分权与合权配置、商业治理作用、绩效指标和评价机制等方面提出了众创空间治理政策创新建议。

In the rapid development of makerspace,a new innovation pattern,there have also appeared some problems such as disorderly development,rent-seeking behavior and so on.This paper analyzes the makerspace development status and governance challenges in our country,and reveals the institutional factors and government resulting in governance difficulty of spacemaker.It puts forward suggestions on the innovation of makerspace governance policy,from the aspects of spacemaker institutional system,power decentralization and allocation of government governance,role of business governance,performance indicators and evaluation mechanisms,etc.
