^(60)Co-γ辐照对越南油茶种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

Effects of ^(60)Co-γ Irradiation on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Camellia drupifera

摘要 试验选取越南油茶"璠龙3号"(Camellia drupifera‘Fanlong 3’)、"璠龙4号"(C.drupifera‘fanlong 4’)和"璠龙5号"(C.ddrupifera‘Fanlong 5’)优树的种子进行^(60)Co-γ射线处理,研究0、10、20、30 Gy辐照对种子发芽率、出苗率和幼苗苗高、叶长、叶宽、叶面积以及叶片总叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,辐射对"璠龙3号"、"璠龙4号"优树种子发芽具有促进作用;30 Gy辐射处理的种子出苗率在各处理中最低,"璠龙3号"、"璠龙4号"、"璠龙5号"优树种子的出苗率分别为74.44%、72.86%和66.67%;^(60)Co-γ辐射一定程度上抑制了越南油茶"璠龙"幼苗的高生长,对3个无性系幼苗的叶长、叶宽和叶面积生长影响不显著;^(60)Co-γ辐射对3个无性系叶片总叶绿素含量的影响较明显,表现为总叶绿素含量降低。 Seeds of Camellia drupifera‘Fanlong3’,C.drupifera‘Fanlong4’and C.drupifera‘Fanlong5’were selected for60Co-γradiation treatment.The effects of0,10,20and30Gy irradiation on seed germination rate,emergence rate,seedling height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,and the total chlorophyllcontent of leaf were studied.The results showed that radiation could promot the seed germination of C.drupifera‘Fanlong3’and C.drupifera‘Fanlong4’.The seed germination rate of30Gy radiation treatment was thelowest among the treatments,and the germination rate of the C.drupifera‘Fanlong3’,C.drupifera‘Fanlong4’,and C.drupifera‘Fanlong5’were74.44%,72.86%,and66.67%,respectively.60Co-γradiation inhibitedthe seedling height growth of‘Fanlong’seedlings in a certain extent,and had no significant effects on leaf length,leaf width and leaf area growth of three clones.The effect of60Co-γradiation on chlorophyll content of three C.drupifera clones was obvious that the content of total chlorophyll decreased.
