Fault Analysis Example of JDPN-VC Extracorporeal Shock wave Lithotripsy Machine

目的:通过对JDPN-VC型体外冲击波碎石机的碎石原理、机械结构的分析,找出实际工作中碎石机出现故障的原因和解决办法。方法:对2例碎石机辅助系统故障、2例放射线故障、1例冲击波发生故障进行分析。结果:熟悉碎石机的原理,掌握JDPN-VC型体外冲击波碎石机的维修方法。结论:理论结合实际,通过5个维修实例,掌握碎石机的原理,故障分析及维修方法。

Objective:To find the breakdown reason and maintaining methods of the JDPN-VC extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine through introduction of its principle,structure and analysis of its maintenance.Methods:Two case of supplementary system breakdown,2case of X-ray system breakdown,one case of shock wave triggering system breakdown of the machine were analyzed.Results:Through the analysis,we got to be familiar with the principle of the machine and maintaining methods for its breakdowns.Conclusion:Combine the theory with practice,through analysis of the5case of breakdowns in the machine,we can master its principle,structure and maintaining methods.
