静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果比较

Comparison of Intravenous Anesthesia and Inhalation Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉的方法和临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月本院收治的胆道疾病患者60例,随机均分成两组,对对照组患者实施吸入麻醉,观察组患者实施静脉麻醉,观察两组麻醉情况。结果:观察组患者在一般生命体征术后苏醒时间及并发症发生率的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者实施静脉麻醉的效果显著,且安全有效,值得临床进行推广。

objective:to study the line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients of implementing intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia methods and clinical effect.Methods:choose between April2015and April2015our hospital60patients with biliary tract disease,were divided into two groups at random,the control group,inhalation anesthesia for the implementation of intravenous anesthesia group patients,observe two groups of anesthesia.Results:the observation group of patients in vital signs emergence time and postoperative complications of the comparison results were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:the patients to be treated as line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for intravenous anesthesia effect is remarkable,and is safe and effective,worthy of clinical promotion.
