摘要
根据IEC标准,计算了人体不同电流路径对应的安全电流阈值,分析了电流通过人体的效应。通过比较电流对人的效应与无延时型剩余电流动作保护器(RCD)的动作时间/电流特性,得出了现有配电设计中采用的RCD不能满足全电流范围段保护的结论,提出了从电流波形入手,研发具有甄别电击波形能力的RCD,提高RCD的保护精度,减少误动作等改进要求。
According to the IEC standard,this paper calculated the safety current threshold value of different current path of human body andanalyzed the effect of the current through human body.By comparing the effect of current on human body with the action time-current characteristicsof no delay residual current device(RCD),this paper concluded that the RCD used in the existing current distribution design could notmeet the requirement of the full current range protection.It is suggested that starting from the current waves,the RCD with the ability to discriminateelectric shock waves will be developed to raise the protection precision of the RCD and to reduce malfunction etc.
