The application value of MR T2~*mapping in diagnosis of early pathological changes of articular cartilage

摘要 关节软骨损伤是一类临床常见病变,其早期病理表现为软骨基质生化成分的改变,在软骨发生病变的早期对其进行诊断和干预尤为重要。随着磁共振各种功能成像技术快速发展,使关节软骨形态学改变得以明确显示;同时,也可定量分析软骨内生化成分的变化。T2*mapping是近年来MR量化分析软骨生化成分改变的一项新技术,可在病变关节软骨形态未发生改变之前即对其进行定量分析,对关节软骨早期病变的诊断有很好的临床应用价值。本文就T2*mapping在关节软骨病变早期诊断方面的临床应用价值做一综述。 Articular cartilage injury is a common problem in clinics.The early pathological manifestationsare the changes in the cartilage matrix of biochemical ingredient content.With the rapid development of functionalmagnetic resonance imaging,the morphological changes of articular cartilage can be demonstrated clearly,and at thesame time,the changes in the cartilage matrix of biochemical ingredient content can be quantitatively analyzed.Thisis important for clinical evaluation in terms of early diagnosis and prompt treatment of cartilage lesions.This articlewill reviewe the clinical application of different sequences of MR T2*imaging in early diagnosis of articular cartilagedisease.
