民办幼儿师范院校教学质量的问题与建议——基于园长和教师的视角

摘要 本文采用多个案研究范式,以S市五所民办幼师学校为例,通过对20名幼儿教师以及10名其所在工作幼儿园的园长等一线工作者进行访谈后发现,民办幼师学校存在着专业理论课程内容贫乏、实践类课程设置时间长且缺乏指导、专业技能课程内容设置缺乏学科基础内容建构等问题。因此,通过完善课程设置的质量、灵活安排并且优化实践课程指导、优化教师团队建设等,对于民办幼师院校的教学质量的提高大有裨益。 Currently,the problem of insufficient preschool teachers has inspired private colleges to openpreschool education major,which can ease up the problem of insufficient teachers,but also provide qualityteachers for kindergartens.This research conducts a survey based on five private normal schools for preschoolteachers in S city.Through interviewing20preschool-education-majored graduates and10kindergartenprincipals,it is found that there are some problems on private normal schools,such as the lack of professionaltheory curriculum content,long-time cost and non-guidance in practice and the lack of disciplinary basiccontent.Consequently,it needs to improve curriculum setting,optimize practice guidance and perfect teachingstaff to facilitate the teaching quality of private normal school for preschool teachers.
