摘要
船舶坞排维修作业平台是一种用于船舶坞排维修作业的登高作业装置。门架是平台的关键部件之一,门架的强度是影响平台安全性的重要因素。滚轮施加给门架的作用力,就是门架承受的外载荷,内门架和外门架都可以简化为一端铰支、一端自由的悬臂梁,按照单根薄壁杆来计算。在垂直于门架的平面内,通过校核危险截面的弯曲强度,得到门架的强度满足设计要求。
The platform is a kind of the climbing device,using for maintenance working on the ship dock andship slipway occasion.The triple-stage masts mechanism is one of the important components,The strength ofthe portal frame is the important factor affecting the safety of the platform.The force exerted by the roller on theportal frame is the external load of the portal frame,The inner frame and the outer portal frame can both besimplified as the cantilever beam with one end hinged and the other end is free and can be calculated as thesingle thin walled bar.In the plane perpendicular to the portal frame,By checking the bending strength ofdangerous section,The strength of the portal frame meets the design requirements.
