This paper narrates several kinds of typical structure forms of flexible pin,and illustrates its functionin the design of gear box.Summarizes the advantage of flexible pin gear box technology platform,such asimplement uniform loading,more planetary wheel arrangement.Emphatically points out that the flexible pinplatform of gear box on the large megawatt fan obvious advantages,as well as super compact hybridcombination and flexible pin technology will be the future optimization of large not direct-drive wind turbines.
