山东省黄秋葵产业化发展现状与对策

The Industrialization Development Status and Countermeasures of Okra in Shandong Province

黄秋葵是一种药、花、菜、饲料兼用型植物,有很高的营养价值和广阔的市场前景。山东省近几年黄秋葵产业发展迅猛,生产初具规模化,积极引进新品种,稳步推进育种科研工作,改进高效栽培技术,发展合作社促进规模化生产,利用加工企业推进产业化发展。但其中也存在诸多问题,如生产可持续能力弱、市场开发速度缓慢、产业体系不完善等。鉴于此,本文提出了稳步扩大种植面积,树立品牌意识,大力发展设施栽培和反季节生产,延长供应链,加强科技研发,提升产业科技水平,促进产业体系的发展壮大等发展对策。

Okra,which is a multipurpose plant as vegetable,medicine,flower and forage,has wide nutrition value andmarket prospect.In recent years,okra industry in Shandong province has developed rapidly,according to a series ofmeasures,including actively introducing new varieties,promoting breeding research,improving efficient cultivationtechniques,developing cooperatives to promote large-scale production,and promoting the development of industrializationby processing enterprises.But there are also many problems.For example,the production capacity is weak,the marketdevelopment speed is slow,and the industrial system is not perfect,et al.So,we need to steadily expand the planting area,to establish brand awareness,to vigorously develop facilities cultivation and anti-season production,to strengthen scientificresearch and development,and to promote the development of the industrial system.
