摘要
本文利用频谱分析法对螺杆式空压机振动故障进行了分析,确定星轮支撑轴松动造成的振动故障,提出了重新加固松动支撑,更换磨损轴承和润滑油的解决措施。
The screw type air compressor vibration fault are analyzed by using spectrum analysis method, determine the reason that caused vibration failure is the support shaft loosening of the star wheel, proposes to strengthen the loose support, replace worn bearings and lubricating oil countermeasure.
