摘要
超高水充填是一种以固化"水"为主要支撑体系的建筑物下开采技术,因此其充填体长期稳定性监测十分必要。田庄煤矿为保证超高水充填工作的顺利进行和对充填效果做一中肯的、系统的评价,在3605工作面安装了顶底板变形仪和压力传感器,对超高水充填体的压缩变形量和长期受力情况进行长期现场监测,以评价超高水充填体密实度和长期稳定性,观测结果表明超高水材料在三相受力下稳定性显著增强。
Super-High water filling is a kind of cure "water" as the main support system of exploitation under the building, so it is necessary to monitor the long-term stability of the filling body. To ensure the smooth progress of Super-high water filling in TianZhuang min coal and make a systematic evalucation of filling effect, We installed Top floor deformation meter and pressure sensor in 3605 face, Long-term site monitoring compression deformation and long-term stress situation of filling body, To evaluate the high water filling body density and long-term stability.Observations indicate that the stability of Super-high water material filling body significantly enhanced in Threephase stress state.
