大恒鸡与金阳丝毛鸡TGFB2基因在不同组织中的表达差异

Tissue-specific Expression of the Daheng Chicken and Jinyang Silky Chicken TGFB2 Gene

【目的】探讨TGFB2基因对鸡肌肉生长发育的影响。【方法】利用定量PCR方法对TGFB2基因在鸡不同组织、不同生长发育阶段的表达差异进行了比较研究。【结果】研究结果显示:2周龄大恒鸡腿肌中TGFB2 mRNA表达量显著高于金阳丝毛鸡,并且达到最高值。10周龄金阳丝毛鸡母鸡胸肌组织中TGFB2 mRNA表达量均显著高于大恒鸡,并达到最高值;大恒鸡公鸡10周龄腿肌组织中TGFB2 mRNA表达量均与其他周龄差异显著,并达到最高值。金阳丝毛鸡、大恒鸡母鸡10周龄胸肌组织中TGFB2 mRNA表达量均显著高于2周龄。【结论】TGFB2基因可能是影响鸡肌肉生长发育的候选基因。

【Objective】The aim of this study is to detect the impact of the TGFB2on chicken meatflavor traits.【Method】In this study,we quantified chicken TGFB2gene expression in Daheng chickenand Jinyang Silky Chicken,to discern the tissue and ontogenic expression pattern and its effect onmuscle development.Real-time quantitative PCR assay was developed for accurate measurement of theTGFB2mRNA expression in various tissues from chickens of different ages(2,6and10week).【Results】The result showed that expression of the TGFB2mRNA was detected in all tissues,regardless of age.The leg muscle tissues of Daheng chicken had the higher expression of the TGFB2gene than that ofJingyang Silky chicken at2week(P<0.05).The breast muscle tissues of had the higher expression ofthe TGFB2gene than that of Daheng chicken at10week(P<0.05).The leg muscle tissues of Dahengchicken had the highest expression of the TGFB2gene at10week.The breast muscle tissues of Daheng chicken and Jingyang Silky chicken had the higher expression of the TGFB2gene at10weekthan that at2week(P<0.05).【Conclusion】We speculated that the chicken TGFB2gene may be relatedto chicken development.
