摘要
工程上,对设备的旋转部分供电一直是一个难题。传统的电刷、集电环等供电方式存在着诸多问题。本文结合实际应用研究了一种利用电磁感应原理的无线供电系统,并提出应用过程中需要注意的一些问题。通过实验,该无线供电系统可以方便应用于转轴旋转部份供电,最大可以传输约12W的功率,并可以达到近70%的效率,满足设计需求,并被应用在实际产品当中。
Powering electronic devices on rotating part of a system has long been a difficult engineeringproblem.The traditional ways of using brushes or conductive rings has a lot of disadvantages.This paper triesto propose a wireless way of transferring power to rotating part using electromagnetic induction.According toour tests,the system we built can deliver12W of power with an efficiency near70%,which is adequate for ourpurpose.
