摘要
强震动记录对于中国的震害防御、地震应急等防震减灾事业意义重大,观测数据质量日益受到重视。文中给出强震动记录质量相关概念的初步定义,包括强震动记录和记录过程的质量,总结了强震动记录中存在的不完整波形、奇异波形(非对称、加速度基线明显偏移和尖刺等)、信噪比过低现象等,并提出提高强震动记录质量的8项措施,以保证记录的完整性、一致性、准确性和时效性。
Strong motion records are of great significance for the earthquake disaster prevention andearthquake emergency in our country.Results and suggestions are as follows:(1)Preliminarydefinition of related concepts on strong motion records quality is presented,including the qualityof strong motion records and recording process;(2)Such abnormal phenomena as incompletewaveform,low SNR,singular waveform(non symmetry,baseline offset and obvious accelerationspikes etc.)in strong motion records are summarized;(3)Eight measures are put forward toimproving the quality of strong motion records in order to ensure records integrity,consistency,accuracy and timeliness.
