摘要
通过数值模拟手段研究平行微细通道热沉内部速度场和温度场的均匀性,探究内部空间结构及流量等因素对微细通道热沉流动及传热特性的影响。结果表明,斜对角单进单出方式的微细通道热沉中间通道流量较小,两侧流量较大,随流量增大非均匀性现象愈加明显;在热沉进、出口联箱处增设导流构件可改善各通道流量分配的均匀性,但随流量增加改善效果不明显;各通道依次错位排列可使导流型热沉流量分配不均匀度最小。综合考虑压降和加热面平均温度,通过通道错位排列导流的热沉具有较低的压降及较低的热面平均温度,表现出良好的综合性能。
Numerical simulation was employed to study the uniformity of velocity field and temperature field in parallel mini-channel heat sink.Effect of interior spatial structure and flow rate on heat transfer characteristics of mini-channels heat sink were explored.Result showed that,the mini-channel heat sink with diagonal single inlet and single outlet present low flow rate in middle and high flow rate in two sides of parallel mini-channels.And the phenomenon of non-uniformity was apparent with increasing of flow rate.The uniformity of mini-channels flowrate was improved by setting up guiding component in inlet and outlet region.However,the improvement effect was inconspicuous with increasing flow rate.Mini-channels heat sink with mini-channels derangement has the better flow distribution coefficient.Therefore,pressure drop and mean temperature of heat surface were considered,and mini-channels heat sink with mini-channels derangement presents better performance.
