染料助剂和染料浓度对涤纶长丝上染率的影响

摘要 涤纶是一种合成纤维,在我国的产量较大。其具有良好的物理性能和化学性能。因此在工业纺织领域被广泛应用。目前的技术主要为采用疏水性分散燃料在高温、高压下进行染色,要使用到染料助剂等材料,因此存在着染料助剂和染料浓度对涤纶长丝上染率的影响的问题。本文就围绕这一问题展开论述,通过试验对涤纶长丝在高温、高压作用下进行染色时受到助剂和燃料浓度的影响进行了分析和计算。得到的结果是,使用一定浓度的分散红3B和复配助剂,对于涤纶长丝的上染率影响最高。为预测染色过程中的上染率,有效提高染色产品的质量和染料的利用率。对影响染料上染率的最主要因素为染料用量、染色时间及温度展开论述,在分析上染率试验数据的基础上,并建立一元特性模型显示上染率与3个主要影响因素。在此模型的基础上,最终构建上染率的较精确的预测,对于多元非线性预测模型进行设立,实现利用该多元模型计算得到的上染率预测值与实际值基本相符,比以此证明该方法切实可行。 Polyester fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber.It has good physical and chemical properties.Therefore,it is widely used in the field of industrial textiles.At present,the technology is mainly used for dyeing hydrophobic dispersion fuel under high temperature and high pressure,to be used to dye additives and other materials,so there is the problem that dyes and dye concentration effects on the dyeing rate of the polyester filament.In this paper,the problem is discussed,and the effect of additives and fuel concentration on the dyeing of polyester filament at high temperature and high pressure is analyzed and calculated.The results showed that the concentration of disperse red3B and compound additives had the greatest influence onthe dyeing rate of polyester filament.The main factors affecting the dye uptake of dye concentration,dyeing time and dyeing temperature are discussedbased on the analysis of the test data rate,calculated using the multivariate model to achieve the dyeing rate of prediction and the actual value,than to prove the method is feasible.
