长输天然气管道的安全问题及对策

Safety Problems of Long-distance Natural Gas Pipeline and the Countermeasures

随着我国天然气气田的开发规模不断增大,全国大部分省市地区,已经建通了天然气内容,这对改变燃料结构,提高民众的生活质量,降低大气污染等,都起到了显著的作用,但是,长输天然气管道工程是一项较为复杂的系统工程,其涉及到上游的油田、输气站场、管道、储气库和下游的用户,任何一处发生安全问题,都可能会对整个系统的正常运行造成影响。本文从天然气盗窃、自然因素和管道施工操作等方面,分析了长输天然气管道存在的安全问题,并从加大天然气管道重要性的宣传力度、提高天然气管道施工质量和注意天然气管道的巡查管理等方面,探讨了长输天然气管道安全问题的对策,以期为保障长输天然气管道安全平稳输气提供参考价值。

With the constant enlargement of the exploitation scale of China’s natural gas gas field,the majority of China’s provinces and cities have already built the natural gas content,which has the obvious function on changing the fuel structure,improving people’s life quality and reducing the air pollution.However,the long-distance natural gas pipeline project is one relatively complex systematic project,which involves the oil field,gas transportation station,pipeline and gas storage upstream and the users downstream,so any safety problem in any link is possible to affect the normal operation of the whole system.In this paper,from the aspects of natural gas steal,natural factors and pipeline construction etc.it has analyzed the existing safety problems of long-distance natural gas pipeline,further more,from the aspects of reinforcing the publicity force ofthe natural gas pipeline importance,increasing the construction quality of natural gas pipeline and paying attention to the patrol management of natural gas pipeline etc.,it has discusses the countermeasures for the safety problems of long-distance natural gas pipeline so that to provide reference value for guaranteeing the safe and stable gas transportation of long-distance natural gas pipeline.
