全自动胶质层测定仪自动排烟装置控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 本文主要针对目前市场上现有的胶质层测定仪设备排烟效果差、对室内空气污染严重等特点,结合其他设备排烟系统,从排风罩、排风量、电机等方面探讨,对大型自动胶质层测定设备排烟装置进行改进,使该仪器具备较好的排烟效果,这对维护室内环境,保障实验人员健康具有重要意义。 In this paper,aiming at the characteristics of bad smoking ventilation effect and polluting the indoor air seriously etc.of the existing plastometer testers on the market and combining with the smoking ventilation system of other devices,it takes discussion of the the aspects of exhaust hood,exhaust air rate,motor,etc.,besides,it also take improvement on the smoking ventilation of large-scale of automatic plastometer testers,which makes the devices have good smoking ventilation effect and it also has great significance for the maintenance of indoor environment and the guarantee of the experimenters’health
