烟草行业供给侧结构性改革的思考

Thinking of Supply Side Institutional Reform of Tobacco Industry

近年来,中央提出着力加强供给侧结构性改革,并明确去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板等任务,烟草行业将"三去一降一补"与行业工作紧密结合,全面贯彻中央方针政策,主动融入国家经济工作大局,服从中央调控,努力为人民健康服务,为财政增收服务,为社会需求服务。本文分析烟草行业供给侧结构及存在主要问题与矛盾,对供给侧结构性改革的着眼点和当前举措进行思考。

In recent years,the central government puts forward focusing on strengthening the supply side institutional reform and clearly states the tasks of removing production capacity,inventory,lever,cost and filling the short board etc.The tobacco industry combines the‘Three Removing,One Reduction and One Filling’with the work closely,fully implements the policies and regulations of central government,actively integrates into the nation's overall economic work and obeys the central government’s regulation so that to service for the people’s health,serve for the financial income increase and service for the society demand.In this paper,it analyzes the main problems and contradictions of supply side structure of tobacco industry and gives thinking of the vantage point and current measures of supply side institutional reform.
