Analysis of the Device Layout and Pipeline Arrangement for Urea High Pressure Loop

尿素高压圈作为整个尿素装置的核心,其设备及管道布置有着严格的要求。在满足工艺要求的基本前提下,高压圈设备及管道的布置优化能显著提升整个装置的设计水平。本文简要分析了高压圈设备及管道布置的要点与难点,并结合某工程实例,对如何做出一个优秀的高压圈布置方案,提出了个人见解。

Urea high pressure loop,as the core of the whole urea device,its device and pipeline layout has strict requirement.Under the basic premise of satisfying the technological requirement,the layout and optimizing of high pressure loop device and pipeline can obviously improve the design level of the whole device.This paper has taken simple analysis of the difficulties and main points of high pressure loop device and pipeline layout,besides,combined with the living example of one engineering,it has puts forward the personal view about how to make an excellent layout plan for the high pressure loop.
