在化工企业的生产当中,由于整个生产环节相对较为复杂,一旦没有做到较为优越的安全防护和管理措施,很容易在生产的过程中,出现各种意外状况,给工作人员的生命安全和企业的利益造成了最为直接的损害。为了避免这样的状况发生,我国加大了强化化工企业安全管理的力度,精益安全理念准则便是这个时期提出的重要内容。

In the production process of chemical enterprises,because the whole production chain is relatively complex,once the more advantageous security protection and management measures are not done very well,it is easy to cause various unpleasant surprises in the production process,which will cause the most direct harm to the staff’s life security and enterprises’benefit.In order to avoid such situations,China has put more effort on strengthening the chemical enterprises’security management work,besides,the criterion of lean security concept is the important content put in this period.
