输电线路全寿命周期成本设计

摘要 输电线路的每一个环节都要将全寿命周期思想考虑进去,这篇论文主要是讲述输电线路全寿命周期所需成本(lifecyclecosts,LCC)的构成、计算方式以及计算的程序。本文以500kV输电线路作为研究的对象,对于导线、绝缘子、直线塔、塔材、基础、路径方案等等关键的部件做了详细的计算,并不是只对投资作出一次、两次的计划,需要全方位、一体化的进行设计的思考以及合理的规划费用支出,在文章的结尾作者指出目前在技术和经济两方面最有效的、最佳的设计策略。 The thinking of life cycle cost(LLC)should be taken into consideration for each link of the transmission line and in this paper,it mainly introduces the composition,calculation ways and calculation procedure of the lifecyclecosts(LCC)of transmission line.In this paper,it has taken the500kV transmission line as the object of the study and a detail calculation has been made of the key parts of conductor,insulator,tangent tower,tower materials,foundation,path plan etc.,and it not only needs one time or two times of planning,but also needs the all-round and incorporate design thinking and reasonable planning cost incorporate,finally,in the end of the paper,the author has pointed the most effective and the best design strategy in the aspects of technology and economy.
