Recently,the market competition is becoming more and more intense,which brings great changes in the market and legal environment.The legal risk of the consequences is direct and serious,it may affect the economic operation,serious economic losses,the person will make enterprises facing bankruptcy crisis.Therefore,the establishment of coal enterprise legal risk control system is the inevitable requirement for the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper,through the analysis and elaboration of the factors that ffect the legal risk of coal enterprises,the paper explores the effectiveness of the establishment of the legal risk control system of coal enterprises
