体育运动团体心理咨询改善大学新生抑郁情绪的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究采用大学生人格问卷、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的方式,筛选出64名学生,随机分成实验组和对照组各32名学生,对实验组进行团体心理辅导,对控制组不进行任何心理干预,研究辅以体育运动的团体心理辅导对大学生抑郁症状的治疗效果。采用SDS进行前后测量,结果表明:实验组大学生团体心理辅导后SDS总分下降,与实验前存在显著差异(p<0.05)。可见,辅以体育运动的团体心理辅导有效改善了大学生的抑郁症状,并在一定程度上提高了他们的心理健康水平。 The present study applies University Personality Inventory (UPI) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) to select 64 students as experimental group of 32 and matched group of 32 at random. Then the experimental group accepts the group psychological counseling while the matched group is not given any psychological intervention. The aim of the study is to examine the treatment effect of physical education on depressive symptoms of college students accompanied with PE psychological counseling. Through the application of SDS test before and after the treatment effect, the results showed that scores of SDS for experimental groups decreased significantly after the physical exercise of group counseling in comparison with scores (p<0.05) before the experiment. It is thus clear that the group psychological counseling together with the physical exercise can effectively improve college students’ depressive symptoms and also enhances their mental health status to some extent.
