国内莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效的meta分析

Effect of Moxifloxacin treatment elderly Patient of community-acquired pneumonia in China:A Metaanalysis

目的系统评价国内关于莫西沙星治疗老年社区肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索万方网、CNKI数据库,收集国内莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的文献,检索时限均为2000年1月~2015年12月。按照相应的入组标准及其具体退组标准筛选文献后,评价入组研究方法的质量并且提取数据,最后用统计软件进行系统评价。结果总共有6个临床试验符合标准,对590例患者进行研究,结果显示莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎效果明显优于对照组,细菌清除率高于对照组。结论莫西沙星在老年社区肺炎中有效率及杀菌效果高,应该作为老年社区获得性肺炎临床经验治疗的理想用药。

Objective TO estimate the effect of moxifloxacin treatment elderly Patient of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods Collect literaturesfrom January2000to July2014was searched in the WanFangand CNIK Data that Moxifloxacin treatment elderly Patient of pneumonia acquiredin communit,Have been Screened studies according to the integration and elimination standard,evaluated the methodological quality and extracteddata of included studies.Then meta-analysis was performed using the sofware.Results6studies involving590patients wereup to standard.Effect of moxifloxacin treatment elderly Patient of pneumonia acquired in communityis better than the control group.Conclusion Moxifloxacinconsiderethe ideal drug of the elderly community-acquired pneumonia.
