胸腰段脊柱骨折患者行跨伤椎固定与经伤椎固定治疗的临床疗效对比观察

Patients with thoracic lumbar spine fracture line across the injured vertebra fixed and injured vertebra fixed compared the clinical efficacy of the treatment

目的对比分析胸腰段脊柱骨折患者行跨伤椎固定与经伤椎固定治疗的疗效。方法选取80例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者按随机数字表法分成甲组和乙组,各40例。甲组行跨伤椎固定术,乙组行经伤椎固定术。对比两组治疗前、后的Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度、椎管占位情况及植骨融合率。结果两组治疗前Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度、椎管占位情况均无明显差别;甲组治疗后Cobb角和椎管占位明显高于乙组(P<0.05);甲组治疗后伤椎前缘高度低于乙组(P<0.05);甲组植骨融合率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与跨伤椎固定术相比较,经伤椎固定术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折植骨融合率更高,且脊柱矫正效果更好。

Objective Contrast analysis of patients with thoracic lumbar spine fracture line across the injured vertebra fixed and the therapeuticeffect of the injured vertebra fixed.Methods Select80patients with thoracic lumbar spine fracture according to random number table method is dividedinto first division and group b(n=40).First division line across the injury of spinal fixation,group b through injury vertebral fixation.Comparedthe two groups before and after treatment of Cobb Angle,injured vertebral height,vertebral canal leading edge placeholder and bone graft fusionrate.Results The two groups before treatment Cobb Angle,injured vertebral height,vertebral canal leading edge sites also have no obvious difference;Students'placeholder Cobb Angle and vertebra canal after treatment significantly higher than group b(P<0.05);Students'injury vertebralleading edge height is lower than group b after treatment(P<0.05);Students'bone graft fusion rate is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the cross injured vertebral fixation,the injured vertebral fracture fixation for treatment of thoracic lumbar spinebone graft fusion rate is higher,and spinal corrective effect better.
