HPLC-MS/MS测定水产品中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 因硝基呋喃类代谢物具有高毒性和致癌性,引起了相关部门和人员的高度重视。经过试验,简要研究了水产品中4种硝基呋喃代谢物——呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因、呋喃西林残留的液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定分析方法。试验结果表明,这种方法灵敏、准确、高效,能够满足检测水产品中硝基呋喃类代谢物的要求。
