摘要 为了提升某越野车40%偏置碰工况的碰撞安全性能,对车身A柱结构进行了优化,建立了可信度较高的有限元仿真模型,通过分析试验和仿真结果,提出了优化方案。该方案能满足工艺要求及重量要求,又能使偏置碰性能大幅度提升。优化后,偏置碰工况的门框变形侵入减少37%~51%,IP后退量减少约40%,踏板投影点侵入减少4%~25%。 In order to enhance the collision safety performance of an off-road vehicle under the working ondition of40%offset collision,the A-pillar structure of the car body was optimized.The finite element model with high credibility was established,and through the analysis of experiment and simulation results,an optimization scheme was proposed.The scheme can meet the craft requirements and uality requirements,significantly improve the offset collision performance.After optimization,the door frame deformation intrusion is decreased by37%~51%,the IP back intrusion is reduced about40%,and the pedal projection point intrusion is reduced by4%~25%under the offset collision working conditions.
