摘要
以大学生方程式汽车大赛(FSAE)为背景,根据赛事规则和换挡轻便性等功能需要,设计、开发一款气动换挡系统。经过整体方案设计、参数选型、换挡策略制定及系统调试等过程,该气动换挡系统达到了预期效果,实车调试过程稳定可靠。
Based on the FSAE race,according to the requirements of the competition rules and portable shift,a pneumatic shift system was designed and developed,through the overall program design,parameter selection,shift strategy design and system debugging.The real vehicle test show the system achieves the expected effect,and it is stable and reliable.
