摘要
以某型号柴油机活塞为研究对象,采用经验公式计算了活塞主要部位的换热系数;运用Ansys软件计算了活塞在温度载荷和机械载荷的共同作用下的等效应力;将活塞内冷油腔的长和宽作为设计变量,分析了内冷油腔尺寸对活塞在温度载荷和机械载荷的共同作用下的最大等效应力的影响,在Matlab中建立了相应的Kriging模型并验证了Kriging模型的合理性。
Taking a type of diesel engine piston as the research object,the heat transfer coefficient of the piston’s main parts was calculated by using the empirical formula;the equivalent stress of the piston under the function of temperature load and mechanical load was calculated by using the Ansys software;taking the length and width of the piston cooling oil-antrum as the design variables,the effect of the cooling oil-antrum size on the maximum equivalent stress under the function of temperature load and mechanical load was analyzed.Then the Kriging model was built by Matlab and the model rationality was verified.
