摘要
介绍了一种用于电动汽车的电控机械式自动变速器(EMT)的系统结构和工作原理。根据电动汽车的电机控制策略、EMT的换档执行机构特点,分析了EMT系统的各种故障和故障原因。并基于CAN网络应用层UDS协议开发了EMT故障诊断界面。该EMT故障诊断系统的功能有效性通过电动汽车实车诊断得到验证,诊断性能满足电动汽车诊断的要求。
The system structure and working principle of an electric-drive mechanical transmission(EMT)for electric vehicle(EV)were introduced.According to the control strategy for the drive motor and the characteristics of the EMT shift actuator,the causes for failures were analyzed in the electrical part of the EMT system.Based on CAN network application layer UDS protocol,a fault diagnosis interface for the EMT was developed.The functional effectiveness of the fault diagnosis system for the EMT was verified by the real vehicle diagnosis.The diagnostic performance meets the requirements of the diagnostics for EVs.
