Si及退火处理对Fe-Mo合金组织形貌影响的分析

摘要 借助SEM、EDS和XRD技术研究分析了Si及退火处理对Fe-Mo合金组织形貌的影响。结果表明:Si的加入可以细化晶粒,促进原子扩散和新化合物的生成;退火处理会引起晶粒粗大和强化相Laves相的析出。本文中的研究为寻找组织细小、热稳定性好的Fe基耐锌液腐蚀材料奠定了基础。 Through the SEM,EDS and XRD technology,the effects of Si and annealing on the microstructure of Fe-Mo alloys were researched.The results show that the addition of Si can refine the grain,promote the diffusion of atomics and the formation of the new Fe-Mo compounds.The coarse grains and precipitation of Laves phase are brought by annealing process.The research results lay the foundation for looking for the fine microstructure,excellent thermal stability Fe based corrosion resistance materials in molten zinc.
