月经前痤疮发病影响因素分析——以杭州地区女大学生调查为例

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Premenstrual Acne——Setting the Study of Female Students in Universities and Colleges in Hangzhou as an Example

目的探讨女大学生月经前痤疮发病的影响因素,为其治疗和预防提供科学依据。方法随机对杭州地区3所高校的140名女大学生进行问卷调查,共收集125份有效调查表作为分析资料,用SPSS22.0软件进行分析。结果在月经期出现乳房胀痛及痛经与女大学生月经前痤疮增多现象具有一定的关联性,P值均<0.05,有统计学意义。但腰膝酸软、小腹胀痛、月经出血量、月经期时长与月经前痤疮增多无显著关联。结论经期乳房胀痛、痛经与女大学生月经前痤疮增多现象具有一定的关联性。此外,女大学生平日喜好甜食、喜好辛辣物等生活习性,与月经前痤疮增多也有一定关系。

Objective To discuss the influencing factors of premenstrual acne of female students inuniversities and colleges;To provide scientific evidence for the treatment and prevention of premenstrual acne.Methods A questionnaire survey was randomly conducted among140female students in three universities andcolleges in Hangzhou.A total of125valid questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis.SPSS22.0software was used to analyze.Results Breast pain and dysmenorrhea in menstrual period had some relevance tothe phenomenon of the increasing of premenstrual acne,P<0.05,with statistical significance.However,weakwaist,abdomen pain,menstruation volume and menstrual length had no obvious relevance to the phenomenonof the increasing of premenstrual acne.Conclusion Breast pain and dysmenorrhea in menstrual period havesome relevance to the phenomenon of the increasing of premenstrual acne of female students in universities andcolleges.In addition,the survey results show that there is a certain relationship between premenstrual acne andlife habits of female students in universities and colleges,such as the preference for sweet food,spicy food andso on.
