福州地区大学城高校师生移动FULink手机APP用户体验调查分析

摘要 目的调查与分析移动FULink手机APP的用户体验数据,发现问题,找出原因和解决对策,为移动FULink的建设提供参考。方法在相关研究的基础上结合FULink平台的自身特点,从移动FULink的用户参与度、愉悦度(可用性、易用性、满意度等)、认可度、服务内容与需求关联性等多个维度对用户体验及用户需求进行调查与分析。结果福州地区大学城高校师生对移动FULink的便捷性、易用性、检索功能、在线阅读功能、服务模块的展示以及使用较满意,认为对自己的学习或者工作有较大的帮助,但也存在需要改进之处。结论移动FULink手机APP的用户体验满意度较高,但也存在不足;应从推广力度、资源建设、功能改善等3个方面进行完善,以促进共享平台的建设。 Objective To investigate and analyze the user experience data of Mobile FULink mobile phoneAPP to find out problems,reasons and solutions;To provide references for the construction of Mobile FULink.Methods On the basis of relevant research,combined with characteristics of FULink platform,this articleinvestigated and analyzed multiple dimensions of the user experience and user needs from the aspects of userengagement,user pleasure(usability,ease of use,satisfaction,etc.),recognition and relevance of service contentand requirements.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that teachers and students in Fuzhouuniversity city were satisfied with convenience,ease of use,search function,online reading function,the servicemodule display and the use of Mobile FULink,and they considered Mobile FULink could offer great help ontheir learning or work,but also needed some improvements.Conclusion Although user experience satisfactionof Mobile FULink mobile APP is high,it also has some flaws;The construction of sharing platform should beimproved from three aspects,such as promotion,resource construction and function improvement.
