预应力CFRP板加固混凝土结构抗大温差环境特性变化的实验分析

摘要 为了研究大温差环境对预应力CFRP板加固混凝土结构耐久度产生的影响,通过实验对高温、低温环境下预应力CFRP板加固混凝土构件抗大温差环境特性变化进行了研究。在实验中,预应力CFRP板材样品、混凝土立方体构件、CFRP板单面粘接混凝土构件和CFRP板全包裹混凝土方柱构件这四种实验材料在大温差环境下的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:经过预应力CFRP板粘结加固后的混凝土构件,其承载力和耐久度都得到大幅度提高,其中,CFRP全包裹的粘结加固方式的混凝土构件在大温差环境下的承载力和耐久度要比单面粘结加固方式的效果更好。 In order to study the large temperature difference environment of prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete structure durability,the influence of experiments under high temperature and low temperature environment of prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete members and political temperature environment change characteristics were studied.In the experiment,the prestressed CFRP plate samples,concrete cube component,single bonding CFRP plate concrete member and CFRP platefull wrapped concrete square column of these four components of experimental materials in large temperature difference of mechanical properties was studied.Results show that the prestressed CFRP plate bonding of the reinforced concrete structures,its bearing capacity and durability have been greatly improved,among them,the CFRP wrapped all bonded reinforcement ways of concrete members under the environment of large temperature difference of bearing capacity and durability to reinforce the way better than a single bond.
